This notice describes how the Parth Oza portfolio and its “Parth AI” text assistant handle visitor information.

Important: Parth AI is a text-based AI representation. Its responses are generated by AI and are not messages from the live human Parth.

AI chat

Portfolio-mode answers are generated in your browser from approved professional information. If the live AI service is enabled, the questions you type and limited recent chat context are sent to the configured provider to generate a response. The portfolio does not request microphone access or send audio. Avoid entering confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive personal information.

Security and abuse prevention

The chat applies request limits and may process limited technical information, such as a temporary hashed request identifier, timestamps, status codes, and network metadata needed for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can browse the portfolio without opening the AI chat.
The chat is text-only and does not request microphone access.
The interface does not collect a phone number or send text messages.
