These terms cover the Parth Oza portfolio, Parth AI digital twin, and optional one-time text-message feature.

AI-generated information

Parth AI is a text-based AI representation of Parth Oza—not the live human Parth. Its responses are generated by AI using approved portfolio information and general model knowledge. AI can misunderstand a question or produce an incomplete answer. Verify important employment, legal, financial, hiring, or technical decisions directly with Parth.

One-time informational SMS

By entering your mobile number, checking the consent box, and pressing “Send my answer,” you request one automated informational text from Parth Oza AI containing the answer you selected and Parth's public contact links.

Message frequency: one message per request.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or register an opt-out.
Reply HELP or contact Parth at +1 (224) 817-3830 for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The text feature is for visitor-requested portfolio information, not recurring marketing. A new subject or future message requires a new request and consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the chat or text-message features for harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, bulk messaging, security testing, or attempts to obtain confidential or private information.

Availability

Features may be limited, changed, or temporarily unavailable. No guarantee is made that an AI response or text message will always be generated or delivered.
